At APNACW, we strive to provide the best possible guidance and service experience to our students and clients. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are processed for our counseling and registration services.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund request will be considered valid only if it meets the following condition:
- The refund request is made within 5 days of generating the registration ID.
- Requests made after 5 days of registration will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
3. Refund Request Process
To initiate a refund, you must send a written request to our support team via email at roadmap@rashmgroup.com within the allowed time period (5 days from registration ID generation). Please include the following details in your email:
- Full Name
- Registration ID
- Date of Registration
- Reason for Refund Request
4. Refund Timeline
Once your refund request is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 48 to 72 working hours (2–3 business days). The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during registration.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made after 5 days of registration ID generation.
- If services (like counseling sessions or materials) have already been availed.
- Failure to provide valid registration details for verification.
6. Mode of Refund
Refunds will be initiated only through the same payment method used at the time of purchase. No cash or manual refund will be provided.
